M240 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Please read this document carefully before using m240's services. Continued use of the platform indicates your agreement to all terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the m240 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and m240 as the platform operator. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our services.

M240 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted only one active account on m240. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. m240 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. m240 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC process) before processing withdrawals or resolving any account-related disputes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the m240 platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Users are not permitted to:

  • Using automated software or methods to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity or stability of the platform's systems.
  • Providing false or misleading information, or impersonating another individual during registration or transactions.
  • Attempting to transfer an account balance to another account without platform approval.

M240 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the m240 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and supported e-wallets.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the chosen payment method. Users are advised to check the latest limits via their account dashboard. All successful deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances specified by platform policy.

Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified based on the chosen method. m240 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or account security investigations. Any attempts to misappropriate funds or commit transaction fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements as stated separately in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn as cash unless the specified rollover conditions have been fully met.

Liability Limitations & Account Policy

M240 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical faults, system errors, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) that prevent access to the platform. We will make every effort to ensure stable platform operation, though uninterrupted availability cannot be fully guaranteed.

M240 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • Identity verification failed or registration information found to be false.
  • The user is suspected of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
  • There is activity in breach of these Terms & Conditions or applicable Malaysian law.
  • Account inactive for the specified period with no transactions.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be deemed ineligible for withdrawal depending on the outcome of an internal investigation. m240's decision in such matters is final.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the m240 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of m240 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without prior written consent from m240.

The m240 platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience. m240 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the m240 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels.
